Born and raised in the São Paulo metropolis, during the 1980s, Daniel Jonez experienced from within the aspirations and consequences of punk youth, who emerged on the urban scene and discovered with impetus what it meant to question, point out and disturb the old order. This youth, who flourished in the period of post-political repression, came ready to transgress passivity, always with a lot of controversy and audacity.
